Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping
Shipping of purchased material is provided for a fee.
In stock items normally ship within 3 business days counting from the day the payment is accounted on our bank account.
For shipments out of the local area, we use GLS shipping company; shipping costs are calculated on an individual basis.
You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
IMPORTANT: Please check your shipment for obvious or possible damage or shortage UPON SIGNING DELIVERY RECEIPT.
It is the customer's responsibility to be available at the time of delivery, to check all quantities of packages and inspect for damaged or missing items. Failure to be available and able to unload any shipment could result in shipping company re-delivery and/or storage fees.
Shortages and damages must be reported immediately on the bill of lading, in writing, when you are asked to sign for the delivery. We ship proper quantities in good condition.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
Most of the merchandise we sell can be returned or exchanged provided certain conditions are met. Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date; any goods to be returned or exchangedshould be unopened, undamaged and fit for resale; the customer must contact Z.P.H. Siatex before returning goods in order gto schedule the details of the delivery.
If the item to be returned or exchanged was originally shipped to you, be advised that the shipping charges are not refundable, furthermore you, the customer, will be responsible for returning the merchandise to Z.P.H. Siatex and for all the shipping costs to return the merchandise.
We reserve the right to refuse a return for damaged or incomplete returns.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order you can do so before the order is processed and we will refund your purchase amount. Many items are custom-created to order and cannot be returned once they are created. If you have any questions about your order, please contact to discuss the specifics.
Customer Satisfaction
Z.P.H. Siatex wants you to be happy with your purchase. Our fence professionals review orders regularly to be sure that the order is complete. We do our best to catch errors before orders are shipped to eliminate any problems. If your order wasn't what you expected, please let us know.
Privacy Policy
Z.P.H. Siatex do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
Data collected by this site is used to:
a. Take and fulfil customer orders.
b. Administer and enhance the site and service.
c. Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes.
